Classes and consultations are skill-based and the services we provide are not intended to replace or substitute for any form of therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. If you are seeking therapeutic support or assistance with managing mental health concerns, we highly recommend consulting with a licensed therapist, counselor, or mental health professional who can offer the appropriate guidance and support tailored to your needs.

When are the classes held?

The class times are available on the purchase page for each class. Most classes are held Monday-Friday. 

How will I connect to the live class?

When you purchase a class you will establish a log-in at Love-Filled.com. When you log into the site you will have access to the class via your library. 

What is the class size for group classes?

All live group classes are small groups.

• Ages 6 and under: Classes have 8 or less students 
• Ages 6-12: Classes can have up to 10 students 
• Ages 12 and above: Classes can have up to 12 students
• Adults: Classes typically have 15 or less

What kind of technology and materials do I need?

Love-Filled works on all major web browsers, and we use built-in live video meetings. You’ll need a working webcam and microphone, as well as a stable internet connection to access your course through your library.

Can my child have private class twice a week?

Yes, private classes can be scheduled for twice a week meetings. 

What if I need to cancel a class?

Cancelling classes or subscriptions through the payment system is easy! Please read more about the refund eligibility guidelines in our refund policy.

What is the refund policy?

You are eligible for a refund for synchronous (live) online classes via the Standard Refund Policy if you contact us with your request within 24 hours of purchase and before the start of the class or meeting. There are no refunds for asynchronous (Self-Paced and Pre-recorded) courses. Please read more about the eligibility guidelines in our refund policy.

Can I use ESA funds through ClassWallet?
